9H ceramic · up to 7-year written warranty Ceramic coating

The coating that lasts years — not the one gone in weeks

A ceramic coating is the highest protection your paint can get short of film. Done right: an easier wash, a deeper gloss, years of defence against the sun, sap, and bird droppings of a Laguna commute. Done wrong, it's a spray that dies in a month. Here's the honest version.

What ceramic coating actually is — and isn't

No hype. This is what a coating does, what it can't do, and how to tell a real one from a spray sealant wearing a ceramic label.

A ceramic coating is a semi-permanent, glass-like layer that chemically bonds to your factory clear coat. It is not a wax and not a spray — it is a cured, measurable layer of protection that lasts years, not weeks.

What it does

  • Makes the car dramatically easier to wash — dirt and water sheet off instead of clinging (hydrophobic).
  • Keeps the car cleaner, longer, between washes.
  • Protects against UV fading, bird droppings, tree sap, and light chemical etching.
  • Adds a deep, durable gloss that does not wash away like wax after a few rains.

What it does not do

  • It is NOT scratch-proof. It resists light marring, but it will not stop a key, a gravel chip, or a careless carwash brush.
  • It does NOT mean you never wash the car again — it means washing is easier and less frequent.
  • It will NOT fix damage that is already there. That is what paint correction is for — and it must happen first.
The ₱3,500 question

How to tell a real coating from a fake one

A real coating
  • Hours of decontamination and paint correction before a drop of coating goes on
  • Applied in an enclosed, dust-controlled bay and left to cure indoors overnight
  • Comes with a written warranty card and a maintenance schedule
  • Priced at what that labor and material honestly cost
A fake one
  • A "ceramic coating" done in two hours in an open carwash bay
  • No correction, no decontamination — sprayed straight onto dirty, swirled paint
  • No written warranty, no maintenance plan
  • A ₱3,500 price that is really a spray sealant gone in a few weeks

A real coating costs what the labor costs. If it sounds too cheap and too fast, it is a sealant wearing a ceramic label. We would rather lose the sale than pretend otherwise.

Paint correction

Why correction always comes before coating

Coating is clear — it locks in whatever is under it. Coat over swirls and you seal the swirls in permanently. So we correct first. And if your paint doesn't need it, we say so — that's the whole difference between us and the shop that upsells everyone.

Stage 1

Stage 1 — Single-step polish

Removes light swirls and haze, restores gloss and clarity.

Good for: Newer or well-kept paint that just needs its shine back.

Typical range (Sedan)
₱8,000 – ₱12,000
Turnaround
1 day

Scales by vehicle size. Final price confirmed once we see the paint under proper lighting.

Stage 2

Stage 2 — Cut + polish

Removes most swirls and moderate defects, then refines to full gloss.

Good for: Everyday paint with wash marring, holograms, or dealer swirls.

Typical range (Sedan)
₱14,000 – ₱20,000
Turnaround
1 to 2 days

Scales by vehicle size. Final price confirmed once we see the paint under proper lighting.

Stage 3

Stage 3 — Multi-step correction

Heavy defect removal across multiple passes for the deepest results safely possible.

Good for: Older or neglected paint with deep scratches and heavy oxidation.

Typical range (Sedan)
Quoted after inspection
Turnaround
2 days

Scales by vehicle size. Final price confirmed once we see the paint under proper lighting.

Final correction price needs the car in front of us. Paint condition varies enormously — anyone quoting a firm correction price from a photo alone is guessing. We assess under proper lighting and quote honestly, then you decide.

Warranty & aftercare

What's covered, what's not — in writing

The industry's trust problem lives in vague warranties. Ours states the exclusions plainly, not just the number of years.

Every coating leaves with a written warranty card — coating batch and application date on it — so what you were promised is on paper, not just in a chat thread.

What the warranty covers

  • Coating failure: loss of hydrophobicity and gloss under normal use, within the warranty term.

What it does not cover

  • Physical damage — scratches, stone chips, dents, or accidents
  • Damage from automated brush carwashes
  • Damage from improper chemicals or abrasive washing
  • Etching from neglect — bird droppings or sap left on the paint for days

Keeping it valid

  • An annual inspection keeps the warranty active — free for the first 3 years.
  • Wait 7 days before the first wash so the coating fully cures.

Aftercare

  • Hand wash only, using the two-bucket method and a pH-neutral soap.
  • Avoid automated brush carwashes — they are what swirled your paint in the first place.
  • Dry with a clean microfiber, not a squeegee or shop rag.
  • Book a maintenance wash with us to reset the coating and keep the warranty happy.

Maintenance wash — ₱1,200 to reset the coating and keep the warranty happy.

Questions

Ceramic coating FAQs

Ano ba talaga ang ceramic coating?

It is a liquid ceramic that cures into a hard, glass-like layer bonded to your clear coat. It makes the car far easier to wash, keeps it cleaner longer, and protects the paint from UV, bird droppings, and light etching — for years, not weeks. It is not a wax and not a spray sealant.

Is ceramic coating scratch-proof?

No — and anyone who tells you it is, is selling you something. A coating resists light marring and makes swirls less likely, but it will not stop a key, a stone chip, or a stiff carwash brush. What it does is make the paint tougher to dirty and much easier to keep perfect.

Do I need paint correction, or coating lang?

It depends entirely on your paint. Coating locks in whatever is underneath it — so if your paint has swirls, we correct them first, otherwise you are sealing in the damage. If your car is brand new or genuinely well-kept, you may need little or no correction. We will tell you honestly after seeing it.

Bakit ang mahal — may ₱3,500 lang sa kabila?

Because a real coating is mostly labor. Decontamination and paint correction take hours before any coating goes on, and it cures indoors overnight in a dust-controlled bay. A ₱3,500 "ceramic" done in two hours in an open carwash is a spray sealant that will be gone in a few weeks. You are not paying for a bottle — you are paying for the prep that makes it last.

Ano'ng covered ng warranty?

The warranty covers coating failure — loss of hydrophobicity and gloss under normal use, within the term. It does not cover physical damage, scratches, stone chips, or damage from automated brush carwashes and harsh chemicals. You get the terms in writing on a warranty card, not just a verbal promise.

Puwede ba akong mag-carwash after?

Yes — but hand wash only, using the two-bucket method and a pH-neutral soap, and wait 7 days after coating before the first wash. Please avoid automated brush carwashes; those brushes are exactly what put swirls in your paint to begin with. We also offer a maintenance wash to keep the coating performing.

Bago pa lang ang kotse ko — kailangan pa ba ng correction?

Often just a light polish, sometimes nothing at all. New paint can still leave the dealer with transport film marks or light swirls from a dealer wash — but it is usually a quick single-step, not a full correction. We check under proper lighting and only do what your paint actually needs.

Do you do PPF (paint protection film)?

Yes, on high-impact areas — hood, front bumper, mirrors, and door edges — where stone chips do the most damage. PPF is self-healing film and is quoted per car, since coverage depends on the panels you want protected. It pairs well with a ceramic coating on the rest of the car.
